Thanks for choosing Northgate Plumbing! If Ray did a good job today, a quick review really helps us out: nrthgt.co/r
One tap, no app, no account. Every extra step between the ask and the review loses roughly half the people who intended to leave one.

What's real here: the rating is a genuine running average over every review in the
distribution, send enough good ones and watch it climb slowly, because that's how averages
actually work when you already have 18 reviews. Response rate and timing effects are modelled
from real behaviour: asking immediately converts far better than asking a week later.
What's not: no messages are sent. Review text is generated from a pool.

They're not unhappy, nobody asked them at the moment they were pleased. That's a fixable problem, and it compounds.
